This is a character from a very obscure game - Love Letter, a guro hentai game from the early 2000s. While not known by many, it is a cult game that is very special in its own ways. For people who likes guro hentai under a hospital theme, this game is probably the only game that meets this very special niche.

Mizuho is the female protagonist of the game, a young resident doctor studying surgery with the protagonist. Depending on your choice, you might end up with a happy ending with her, or she dies a very painful, miserable death. You also get to play through her story once you beat the game.

The model is trained with in game CGs using anyLora at CLIP2. If she looks just like a random AI girl, that is because she does. As usual, this is a very flexible LoRA that works with other LoRAs and outfit prompts. And since she is a doctor, you can combine her with my other medical theme LoRAs and draw some interesting scenarios that are not available in the game.
